i have checked with ups they say that the shipper is preparing to ship then nothing. since the 28th of novmber i am showing it has been scanned by customers 3 times. could someone please please help me how do you file a formal inquiry here is my tracking code RH101913885CN thank you for any help

Hello brytx76,

The tracking number you have provided us is not a UPS tracking number but a china post one. You are able to track it on this website or on track-chinapost.com

I have tracked the package for you and your package is still in China in status "Export customs scan" which you can read more about here: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=465

Due to christmas holiday status-updates are very slow now. Please be patient.

If you have ordered from Aliexpress I know you can open the order and you will see a button clearly labeled "Open dispute" if the seller really shipped your order.

the status is normal. no need worry. it should arrive by New Year.

Hi, all of my orders from aliexpress that wen to Shanghai:Export customs scan stuck in this status for more than 6 weeks, not just 1 ,all of them,i send you some of them, please tell what is wrong?

RJ279915621CN arrived at Iran customs today. If it took so long for this one, I am sure the others will arrive shortly.

RJ291595072CN is still sent to airline since 11 december 2014
Is my parcel lost or will it not deliever to me till now 4 january 2015 it had not arrived the destination country i think my parcel is being lost
Can anyone help me

not necessarily lost. it should be delayed by rush season. if no battery inside, please wait 2 more weeks, t should arrive.
