The last tracking update for LS182093707CN was on Dec. 19, 2019 which showed the package having passed through the Shanghai EMS facility. Over a month later, there have been no further updates from either the China Post site or the USPS site. May I please have a status update on the whereabouts of my package please? Thank you.

LS182093707CN is delayed in Shanghai. It is Xmas time parcel, normally Xmas parcel will delay 10 to 20 days due to high volume. You should get it by early Feb. Please wait some more time.
