Please advise on the status of this package.

No update or movement since Sept 17th and my Purchase Protection is ending soon.

It's happening with a lot of people. Just take a look at this forum, in other countries sections and you'll see.

And no one explain whats happening. They just keep sayin "its normal, just wait" "be patient"...

I'm being patient for 2 months and my order still stuck in China for no reason!!!

My dispute was rejected because the seller did ship my package and the tracking number is valid and it’s showing up on your system.
China post received my package 25 days ago and failed to deliver. Definitely there is an issue with China Post, look at this forum, so many people desperately waiting for their purchase.
Seller shipped item, not their fault.
China Post received item but failed to deliver.
Is there any other real information you can give us other than file dispute with the seller or have more patience?
