I have been waiting for tracking info on my order since 11/30/2016....there has been no updated info or activity since 11/30/2016!! Why is it taking so long and why is there no NEW tracking info?? This is beyond frustrating, not to mention horrible customer service!

Please find my package ASAP and tell me where it is and when will it be delivered to my door!!! This is the tracking number...LT474195490CN

2. May I suggest you contact your seller and ask him where is your parcel. He might be able to call China Post EMS and find out more information about your parcel.

I have...seller claims that YOUR system is just slow to update! From what I've read on here, it shouldn't be taking this long...it's 1/10/17 and I placed my order on 11/29/16.

1. Possibilities for delays could be this:

Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags
Chicago overwhelming of parcel incoming from Overseas.

2. The answer of the seller was not that helpful. This is my personal opinion, I think you waited long enough for your parcel maybe it's time to start thinking of opening a dispute for non reception of parcel.

Do u all NOT have a computer system capable of locating these packages?? Isn't that what the tracking number is for?

1. If you feel that your parcel is lost or misplace then open a dispute for non reception of your parcel. The seller gave you his answer and I provide you with the possibilities for delay of your parcel.

2. The last known tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-11-30 00: 00: 00.0 22:44:00 Guangzhou leaves the processing center and sends it to USORDC = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

3. This is Mail 101 fast track.

When a parcel depart from China it might be doing this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

When the parcel arrive in your country, it goes into the Inbound mail warehouse (Customs control warehouse) of the National Post Office.

Then the Customs dictate to the National Post Office when they are ready to receive more parcels to be inspected.

Then you National Post Office scan your parcel to be given to Customs for clearance. Then back to the National Post Office for delivery.

3. It's your parcel and your money, you do what is best for you.

Maybe the seller should use a much more reliable shipper who has an updated computer system and can properly track packages they ship!!

Oh BTW....this was supposed to be a birthday present for myself from my mom - she thought she was buying from a reliable company who uses a reliable shipper...obviously not tho!!!

1. Maybe next time use DHL or Fedex more expensive but much more faster.
