I am waiting on a package the seller shipped on December 13 2016. It still has not arrived and have had no update in tracking since December 26 2016 saying CHINA, GUANGZHOU EMS, Processed Through Facility and preparing to ship. Tracking number: LT571817547CN

IDK why its taking so long with no updates on tracking seller just keeps telling me to be patient but it seems like its taking way to long and somone ordered something after me and got in in like a week and a half so idk why mines taking so long.

If anyone has any tips or advice on what to do to find out where or whats up with my package please let me kno!!

3. From the tracking of EMS site it seems that your parcel tried to depart around the 16 Dec, I suspect it was delay because of this:

Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags

4. Then on the 26 Dec it started again to get out of China. And according to the second tracking (17track) your parcel is going from Guangzhou to Hong Kong to USA JFK.

5. So now what needs to happen is USPS scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

6. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

1. Please don't forget your parcel is going to Hong Kong first before to hit USA. So maybe again another delay in Hong Kong. This type of parcel (E Packet) in very good condition can take from 9 to 23 days to be deliver. Right now I would say 15 to 35 days.

2. Even if your parcel was at JFK, it's the US Customs running the show there. Customs is telling USPS that now they are ready to receive more parcels to do the Customs clearance. Only then will your parcel be scan by USPS.
