Hello all,

I've had a package in transit for quite awhile now and figured this would be the place to seek some answers, as I've seen a great deal of questions answered about various other packages.

Tracking number: lt524807546cn

Thank you for any information that can be provided, I would really enjoy closing this case and moving on to the next one as it has been a perpetual thorn in my side since November.

1. This is the full tracking of your parcel from the China Post EMS site:

2016-12-05 00: 00: 00.0 23:55:00 Guangzhou Post Express Logistics International Business Branch Received

2016-12-06 00: 00: 00.0 02:08:00 Guangzhou City to reach the processing center, from Guangzhou Post Express Logistics International Business Branch

2016-12-06 00: 00: 00.0 18:33:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to USJFKF = ISC NEW YORK NY (USPS)

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to USA JFK.

3. When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition. Because:

Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags
New York overwhelming of parcel incoming from Overseas.

4. You could contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and ask him to contact China Post EMS to find out about your parcel if more information is available.

5. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
