Post My order is taking its time longer than before....

I first purchased a product and received it less than two weeks.I was happy with the product and decided to purchase one again,on the 23rd of November to be exact.However,Two weeks had passed and I still haven’t received it.

Here’s the tracking number for anyone who could help me with this :((

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO520731475CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to Ireland on Nov 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Ireland Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Ireland). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Ireland Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Ireland Post website will show its new status with Ireland location.
