I live in Canada and my package is stuck at the status:

"11:39:49.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared"

Since January 13. The tracking number is RD578308963CN. I can't track it in my country. I bought two items from eBay, both from China and I received the first order within two weeks. What could be going on?

Hello ,
Your package is shipped to canada on jan 13 . And onits way . Please wait patiently may take 2 more weeks to get delivered . Even canada post tracking website is experiencing some issues so can't be tracked in destination country . Its going normal .

I have the same problem I order my package on January 4 and still haven't received my package & I my package is stuck at the same place as yours my tracking number is LT701655508CN

now is holiday time, shipping is slow. wait one or two more weeks, it will arrive.
