Hi there,

I bought a few items and had them shipped through you guys, I live in Canada and am still awaiting this shipment. Any help would be appreciated.

if parcel was shipped in Dec, normally it will travel about 90 to 120 days to reach Guatemala. So your parcel is still in normal time frame. You can not see new status after parcel left china.
