Is our package still waiting to be dispatched to the US? This was ordered on April 16th. When are packages ordered that long ago bring sent? How often is tracking updated on stalled packages?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS311542371CN shows your package was received April 19 and is awaiting for flight out since May 15.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows that on average it takes 50 days to arrive USA, but some parcel took 115 days to arrive. If your buyer protection is expiring you might ask for extension or open dispute.

The website will be updated when parcel is returned, or when parcel left China. It will not be undated if it is waiting for flight out

Is the 50-115 days from the time it is shipped or from when it arrives at the airport?

From the time China Post received the package. For your package it is April 19. If your buyer extension is expiring try to contact your shipper for an extension

There is no update. So yes it is still in China waiting to be shipped. The website will not be updated it the package has not left China yet. It also has high probability of being lost if it stays in the status more than normal waiting time period, say 3 month.

Where is our package? Your site is saying it's sitting in Shanghai but another tracking site says it was sent to JFK airport on May 6
(Departed DangQianCheng city sent to JFK Airport （JingZhuan）)
