Hi there,
I ordered something online and was given tracking number when I track it two last post saying : Dec 24 it left original country (China)and package on the way to Canada but then 5 hours later it says arrival at sorting centre in GuandDongShengGuangZhouShi.
Does it mean it mean it still in China? Can you check where it is please, tracking number is LO660439643CN, thanks

LO660439643CN is ePacket which should arrive Canada in 2 to 4 weeks. If over 4 weeks and you still do not get the parcel, it has more than 80% chance to be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

I have some items stuck from Guangzhou lile that, for 5 weeks.
Basically, i did open dispute for refund.
What i was told by two unrelated sellers, that there was some large illegal electronic shipment at many depots. So all items in those were out on hold.

Dont know if true or not, but 5-6 weeks doesnt leave china, is not good. Who knows when you will get it
