Would like to know where my package is...
tracking number: LS299059013CN
Says it left China on April 27. No updates since.
I understand things are crazy now but would like update please.

LS299059013CN has not left China yet. it was sent to Fuzhou airport on April 28 and is still there.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
