Good afternoon,

I hope everyone is safe and well during these unprecedented times. I come to send a message and ask when I will receive my item? I ordered this item around the end of March and the last update I got the beginning of April. Please help me. My order # is LY080110095CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY080110095CN was shipped from Shenzhen to USA on April 2. It was sent to Hong Kong airport on April 5. It is still in Hong Kong airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay. I suggest you wait 2 to 3 more weeks to see new update.

After parcel arrives USA, USPS website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
