Hello there,
I have a package being shipped from China to the U.S.
Tracking # EA445348587CN.
It has been at Hangzhou EMS since March 3rd and there has been no movement since.
Has this package been lost?
Any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated!

EA445348587CN is still in Hangzhou.

Our stat shows parcel shipped during the early stage of cover-19 suffered most serious delay. A lot of parcels shipped during end Feb to mid March are still in China while many other April parcels have arrived USA long time ago.

The problem should be caused by the chaos situation of early March which made many parcels hidden in the inside part of the totally full warehouse.

Good news is that China Post warehouse situation is becoming better now. Our stat shows some early March parcels have just arrived USA in May.

Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen. If your buyer protection is expiring, I suggest you open dispute for refund first. You can pay back to seller after you get the parcel in future.
