Hi all,

I am expecting a package coming from China to USA. It was shipped on 1/16/2017, processed at an International service center in New York and then departed a sorting facility in Flushing, New York on 1/23/2017.
As of 1/24/2017, I got an update that the package is "In transit to Destination". And it has been over 8 days without new updates. I have tried to contact the USPS main office for an investigation but it is helpless.

Last time I had two packages that came from the same seller and location and it came to me in just 8 days. The tracking number started with "CX". Does this make a difference in term of speed? Please tell me what could be wrong? Am I ever going to receive it? Very frustrating.
