Hello,

On 2.28.2020 I placed an order on the website http://remishoes.com/
I received an email that same day my order was placed and confirmed.

On 3/16/2020 I emailed their customer service because I have not heard anything.
Later that day they emailed me and said, "Dear customer,
We are really sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.
We just contacted the post office, your order is shipped out. Due to the busy season of sales, the post office is really busy.
Therefore, the logistic tracking information might be delayed.

Later on that day (3/16/20) I also got a confirmation with a tracking number of: LY013821000CN

On the tracking info it says on 3/19/20 Activity: Departure export customs Location: Suzhou EMS.

That's all the information I have.

Any idea when I can expect my order?

USPS.com shows LY013821000CN is out for delivery on April 2, 2020 at 7:45 am in NASHVILLE, TN 37208. You will get it in you mailbox today. If not, call your local post office.
