ITEM NUMBER IS RI208645210CN

Tracking says they received the item on November 25th, went through export security and customs scan and then sent to airline on November 26th.

But I still have not received my item and no update on status either.

It has been more than a month since I ordered it!!!! :(
PLEASE HELP

it should be rush season delay. wait one more week, if not arrive, you have to open dispute.

Track on Canada Post...no need to make more than one request, it will not help your parcel arrive faster.
