Post Help! Tracking has not changed in weeks!

I ordered from two different websites on the same day. Shipping tracking has not changed. I have tracked from 17trqck.net and a few other sites. I am getting concerned! I have messaged sellers but they keep telling me it's on the way. When I ordered I was quoted 7-23 days for delivery. Is the days or business days? Do I start counting from date order was placed or date order was shipped? I've also been told that the issue is with ISC Chicago. What is the next step for my packages?

1. The 7 to 23 days are calendar days in good/normal conditions. You start counting when China Post EMS receive your parcel. Yes Issue can also be ISC Chicago and also Shanghai and Guangzhou.

2. Your first parcel is going to USORDF and the other 2 parcels are going to USORDH.

3. Next step for your parcels is to be scan by USPS, then you will see some movement.

4. Your parcel have been on the road for 19, 23, 27 days, you should give your parcel a chance and wait till 35 days before you do something, like maybe open a dispute. But it's your parcel and your money so you do what you feel it's better for you.

Would you happen not notice if there are any updates? I am not seeing any changes at all. If this was your situation would you dispute now? If not, when would you dispute?

1. My personal opinion would be this. Because of the following:

When your parcel where sent it was not normal condition. Because:

Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags
Chicago overwhelming of parcels incoming from Overseas.

2. I would give the parcel a last chance till the 19 Jan. But I would also contact the seller and tell him that I did not receive my parcels. He might be able to call China Pots EMS hot line and find out more information on the parcels.

3. Please just make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcels. Like I said in an earlier post, you do what you feel it's better for you. After all it's your parcels and your money.

1. Just go back to China Post Forum, then choose one of the forum you would like to ask your question, then press new topic, write down in the subject box your subject and after in the message box write down your question.

2. By doing this, you will have open your own topic and always will be able to find the answer to your questions.
