Currently I ordered from a store for jewelry (it was a pair of earrings) and it’s been 25 days since shipping has started. My parcel has remained in “Leaving parcel center” since January 5th and I’ve received no information since. The order number is UT861378699CN. Other people have received theirs and I was wondering if it was a scam or if my order is just taking long. Thanks.

UT861378699CN left China Post system for airline to Canada on Jan 5.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

As this is a very slow and cheap service, few people use such ordinary parcel to ship expensive item like jewelry, I doubt if seller just shipped some cheap item to cheat your money.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
