http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY030919976CN was sent to Shenzhen airport on Mar 25. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
