Any idea what is going on? USPS says "pre-shippment".
Seller tells me to be patient. It was sent out on Nov 21st! I'm losing patience... :(

Any help would be appreciated.

1. There has been persons here from USA that received their parcel after 50 days and the longest was 66 days so far.

2. So either you wait for your parcel or contact your seller and tell him you have not receive it.

3. You can track your parcel here:

Thanks.

If you have paid it with a VISA Credit Card, then you have 60 days window, starting from charging date, to file a DISPUTE.
Chances for you to see the money or the Item are slim, or none.
I did a big mistake buying an Item from China Mainland, only because it was $10 cheaper than eBay.
The ordeal started at January 3, 2017. The seller charged my credit card pretending selling me a Item they didn’t have in stock, and do not have today. Their promise was: “Processing (Your order ships soon. Thank you so much for your patience.)”
On 1/10/2017 I contacted the xxxxxx asking, “What happened with my order?”
Considering that 8 days passed since I put the order, and still you are trying to process the order, makes me very concern.
I need a specific answer regarding the status of my order:
I do not want to speculate, but if you sell items out of the stock, and meantime xxxxxx promises an Estimated Shipping Time 7 – 12 business days, then this may be an ethical issue.
You must honor your contract (an Order is a Contract), and my patience has a limit, because I have 60 days window to dispute the charge on my credit card, since the transaction date January 3, 2017.
I am very specific and honest with you, and I would like the same behavior from the
xxxxxx.
Theirs answer was “As there maybe delay between the real stock and website updates. I have checked with our warehouse it is back-ordered now.
–“ Please wait 7-10 business days more for your order, but the exactly date depends on our manufacturer.” Or
“Exchange the similar items. In this case, please kindly give us the product link (url)/product name or item number you would like to order instead.”
It took 4 full pages back and forth, and the Credit Card bank was involved and the seller was good enough to full my credit card asking me for a refund for an order that doesn’t exist.
My final reply was:
I provided my final decision at the last line of my Reply My Nme At 01/12/2017 04:15:15 CST as:
“It was your error, it is your fault, you are insisting in your errors, all your actions are considered "Billing errors", this escalated the issue in an Ugly Dispute, and the best solution for both parties is a Full Refund ASAP.”
Because it is hard for the XXXXXX to Understand or Accept my final decision, I’m repeating again and saying it in Plain English.
My Final Decision, was, is, and will remain unchanged.
I REQUEST A FULL REFUND IN MY VISA CREDIT CARD.
Best regards,
After more back and forth theirs final answer was:
Thank you for your message.
We are arranging your refund of XXX USD now.
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the transaction to appear in your credit card account.
On January 10, 2017 I ordered same Item, from another big china selling company, it was shipped on January 11, 2017 and the Package was lost in mail in China EMS mainland.
I contacted them:
My order Number: 1701100821103223 is being shipped by XXXXXXX via EMS with the Tracking Number LT721681073CN.
I Tracked this number on CHINA EMS Express Shipment Tracking, and I'm getting the message:

It is now the 17th of December late afternoon in SUZHOU and there is no update, USPS also has no information on the package. PLEASE HELP ME!
They did a reshipment (sent a second package) and it went through USA customs in less then 5 days.

But after the first package was lost I put an order with another Big China seller and the third Package status is still uncertain:
Using: http://www.track-chinapost.com/en/courier/china-ems
I got:
Jan 22, 2017 05:39 am Origin Post is Preparing Shipment USPS
Jan 22, 2017 05:39 am Processed Through Facility USPS
BEIJING EMS, China
Jan 22, 2017 12:00 am Leaving parcel center, to USORDF China EMS
Jan 21, 2017 01:13 am Acceptance USPS China
I have to wait for one more week, and if there isn’t an update, then I have to contact the seller.
The rule of the thumb is in the day 45 dispute the charges with the Credit Card Bank.
