Post Delayed shipping: is it lost?

Hi
I bought a package from an online seller called Shooptional and they sent me a tracking number for my package, RV899144645CN , but it was shipped on 2nd May and the site said 7-14 days. Now it has been 18 days, is my package lost or something? I am worried.

Also, whenever I track it using tracking websites it says last event was on the 9th May.
Help!

RV899144645CN was sent to airline on May 9.

hina Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

After sent to airline, parcel will travel another 4 to 12 weeks to reach Zambia. Once the parcel arrives Zambia, Zambia Post tracking webpage will show local location status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

So China Post does not know where the parcel is? Why so incompetent? I don’t want to wait 12 more weeks for something I paid for 2 weeks ago already. Does anyone’s packages ever actually get delivered? Last time using this service

95% China Post parcels will be delivered properly in Zambia. So you no need worry too much. It is just slow.
