Hello, my package is at your place but cannot be forwarded. I provided all the necessary informations, but it still hasn't been processed. Do you know what the reason might be? Thank you.

CR906291059DE arrived in China on July 21 but receiver has never made customs clearance. The parcel was returned to Germany on Aug 7th by ocean ship. It will take about 2 to 4 months to reach Germany.

Are you shipper or receiver? Shipper is not allowed to make customs clearance.

Obviously the recipient didn't want to accept the return and therefore didn't make customs clearance. This game is often played by these bad sellers.
