http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=Cp319814155cn shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Nov 8.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive US in 4 to 8 weeks.

Everything now looks ok, you just need wait some more days.

CP319814155CN is outside China now. it is in some middle location between China Post system and India Post System. You can not know its exact location and status until India Post scan the parcel. Such no-information period can last 4 to 8 weeks.

Package should be going to USA not India, is this package lost? Should I initiate a claim?

SORRY, my typing mistake. the parcel CP319814155CN is going to USA. This is a slow parcel which might take very long time to reach USA. if your buyer protection is expiring ,open dispute and claim refund, otherwise keep waiting.
