I ordered something and was given LY183022857CN as a tracking number it doesn't work on this site but has been updating through the shipment tracker on their website. However it has not updated since April 27. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY183022857CN shows No shipping record. your seller applied this tracking number from china post on Apr 21 but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
