Please help as I ordered something from JOOM application on January 22nd, 2018 and it was an item i got for free for having enough points for the item yet the tracking hasn't changed for it yet. Join is giving me a hard time but I think the seller is a fraud based on my pay experience. I notice that all legit merchants who use China Post give me a tracking number that continually updates where it's at. When it doesn't it means I've been scammed and I think it's the car here. The tracking # is UP003601826CN. Can you let me know what you think is going on? It's been a month tomorrow since I ordered this! Thanks very much, this forum is very good for customers! I just wish merchants would be honest instead of making us guess which is a good seller, which isn't. :(

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UP003601826CN shows only result "shipping notice received ". This means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post , but never actually shipped anything. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=US089222099CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(WISH shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from WISH website, but never actually shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to WISH against fraud.

UB754434211YP has nothing to do with China post , it is from Yanwen Express.

Normally if you can not get a parcel 2 months, it should be lost. You need open dispute for refund.
