Hi
I posted this return of two dresses to a warehouse in China. The items are stuck in custom and have been so since the middle of August. The latest update says declaration absent. However, the declaration was made and fixed to the outside of the parcel and I have copies available here. Is there anyway I can send a copy to the customs team in China please?

the customs clearance should by done by recipient, not by shipper. It seems that your recipient does not want to accept the parcel(many bad sellers play such game to avoid refund). If this is your case, the parcel will finally return to your country. You need contact your marketplace(Amazon, ebay, aliexpress whichever you paid money to ) and file fraud dispute against seller.
