1. Both of your parcels have not been scan by Canada Post yet. You might want to read this for Canada:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. In normal situation parcel to Canada can take between 4 to 8 weeks to be deliver. Now both your parcels are coming close to the 60 days limit.

3. Did both parcels On Route/In Transit to Canada departed like they should or where they delayed by the Holiday Season. Is Canada Customs up to full strength to check the parcels in Canada.

4. Is Canada Customs taking more time to check parcels from China because of the drug Fentanyl. If so, then the parcels are delayed getting scan by Canada Post because of that.

5. Now it's up to you to wait for your parcels, if you do, make sure you still have buyer's protection for the parcels. If you don't want to wait, then you need to open a dispute with the seller.

6. It could also be that both parcels have been lost or misplace.

Thanks.

Hi, I have a question concerning refund.
When I ask my seller for a refund, do I have something else to do or the seller can complete the refund by himself. Also how can I be sure that he refund me

1. I don't know where you bought your articles so I can not give you any advise.

2. If It's Ali Express in your order page you have a dispute button. For Amazon they have their own rules, the same for E Bay or Pay Pal.

3. But maybe the first thing to do is contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcels.

Thanks.

Hi, I bought from ioffer
My question was :
When I ask my seller to refund me (without opening a dispute just asking him to refund), do I have to do something else so he can refund me or he can do it by himself (I bought with credit card).
Also, how can I be sure that he refund me (do I will receive a mail or something?)

1. If he want to refund you, you have nothing to do, he will be the one doing it with the credit card company.

2. I don't know if you have access to you credit card bill/account, if so, then you can see a reimbursement. It might take possibly 7 to 10 days to see.
You could also call you credit Card company to find out the specific about reimbursement of a merchant to your credit card.

Thanks.
