your parcels were shipped in early december. Based on my experience, december parcels will travel about 60 to 80 days to reach Canada receiver. you need wait some more time. it is normal

Same situation here but ordered in November and Dec 13th (6 packages). Is there hope or are they most likely lost?

1. There has been persons here from USA that received their parcel after 50 days and the longest was 66 days so far.

2. So either you wait for them or contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcels.

If you have paid with a VISA Credit Card then you have 60 days window, starting from charging date, to file a DISPUTE.
Chances for you to see the money or the Item are slim, or none.
Happened to me a couple of years through Aliexpress. The package was tangled inside China mainland. They were promising me “be patient is coming soon”. The package was timely delivering. At the day 45 I opened the dispute with my CREDIT CARD BANK. The bank gave me a full refund. On the day 81 USPS delivered the Package, with no return address, which I refused, because I had been paid. The returned package ended at US Post Office Inspector.
I take risks, but only calculated risks. I do not take chances. I do not let myself to be a victim.
The rule of the thumb is. If things doesn’t looks good, at the day 45 file a dispute with your Credit Card Bank. To win you have to collect undisputed evidence, using the Print Screen, and communicate with the seller kindly, but ask specific questions and, request to be as hones and specific with you.
