Hey there! I used EMS to ship my package to the USA and the tracking update has been stuck since Jan. 21
Current Status:
Despatch from Sorting Center(ShangHaiShi SHANGHAI) at 2017-01-21 03:29:09

Tracking #: EA266796126

Any advice or insight?

i guess you are talking about EA266796126CN , it should arrive USA by early Feb.
