Hi, my order number is LO796157721CN. Is my package still on the way? It says it has left the originating country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO796157721CN was sent to Shanghai airport on Feb 15.

Due to coronavirus outbreak, many airlines are cancelled. Most parcels will delay 2 to 6 weeks to get shipping space, you need wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Canada, Canada Post website will show arrival information.
