Post What happened with my parcel?

Hi! Can somebody please help me with this tracking number: LO056040725CN? It's an Epacket containing a pair of boots I bought on Aliexpress on August 12. Parcel was shipped the next day and it arrived in Bejing on the 17.,where it apperently got stuck. In Italy there is no trace at all of it and the chinese seller told me he either couldn't find any further tracking information. In the meantime the epacket estimated delivery time is over and I opened dispute. But I still would like to know if there is any chance that the boots are on their way to Italy or what. In that case in fact I would close the dispute and let the seller have his money. Many thanks in advance. Rossella.

LO056040725CN was shipped from Beijing to Milan on Aug 17. normally such parcel should arrive in 10 to 20 days. It might be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Sep 17, open dispute to Ali express for refund.

Thank you for your precious help. In fact,knowing that the parcel had been shipped to Mailand, I wrote an online complaint to Poste Italiane and this very morning the tracking number magically appeared in the system. Parcel is expected to be delivered in a few days and I could happily close the dispute. Thank you so much.
