Hello,
I bought a product on Wish, and it was shipped with you, the shipment with track id UG578449229CN is stopped on the date of 2018-04-21 19: 20: 40.0 planning going to next airport / seaport.
Can you give me an update where the shipping package is? Because today the package has not arrived in Italy.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

Even if it is an ordinary parcel, it must still be traced from an office to the other. The tracking system is currently still stopped on 21-09-2018. And today I have not received the shipment UG578449229CN, Is there any email to ask for an explanation of where is the package ordered? Thank you.

UG578449229CN was shipped in April. If you have not got it now, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/WISH for lost parcel refund.
