http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ362032298CN shows no record. Your seller has not shipped anything to you. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need push seller to ship goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment info in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud shipment.
