http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ762315321CN was shipped on Sep 3. It should have arrived Italy customs long time ago. Not sure if it is still waiting for italy customs clearance or lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Oct 7, then open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
