Hi, I bought a sweatshirt on ioffer. the seller says he shipped March 8, 2018. after 10 days no shipping record. the code is LX782474865CN. I contacted the seller says he has sent it correctly. can you tell me where is my package? in case it has never been sent, how can I act against the seller? thank you

LX782474865CN is fake number. You are scammed. iOffer is very dangerous website. Many users have reported fraud from ioffer. If you paid with paypal, open dispute against fraud asap.
