Hello,
On 09-03-2010 I placed an order and it was shipped with China Post. Some days later I have placed another order from the same supplier, it was shipped with ePacket and it was delivered last week. The first order isn't still arrived and its last update is the following:

"2020-03-15 16:36 Shenzhen, delivered to air transport".

Do you have any advice to give me in order to get some more information?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO893641111CN was just shipped from Shenzhen to Italy on Mar 15. It is still in Shenzhen

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to europe. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from China. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Italy, Italy Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
