http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO727711825CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute against fraud.

the seller gived me this tracking yesterday

on 17track it said that the order is created

"order is created" is useless. It only means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, you need see actually shipping location and status of the parcel, otherwise it means your seller did not give anything to China post.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO727711825CN shows your seller just shipped the parcel on Jan 12. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get this parcel in Italy.
