http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO296139605CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to Canada on Oct 14.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Canada Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in Canada). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Canada Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Canada Post website will show its new status with Canada location.

Everything looks normal, no need worry.
