Hello, I'm Ricardo Navarro, I write from Bogotá - Colombia. I bought a Star Trek The Final Frontier Captain Kirk Bomber Jackets Starfleet Uniforms Costumes on February 16 in Cosermart with order #5215, I have been monitoring my order at China Post, at the beginning there was all the information of the route of my order, then all the information was no longer there, only the information at the beginning, and now it appears that there is no shipping record.
I don't know if my order was lost or what happened. Please, if you can help me find out what happened with my order, I would greatly appreciate it. I am writing to you from Bogotá - Colombia.
I have a photo of the non-appearance of any route record for my order today.
China Post tracking number: LV957478336CN
I would appreciate your help.

LV957478336CN was sent to airline on Feb 29. it is on the way to Colombia.
