Salve, ho fatto un ordine dalla Cina il 10 Gennaio, e dal track dice che è fermo in Cina alla dogana da 3 settimane (RV604348659CN), mentre altre persone che hanno ordinato giorni dopo dallo stesso venditore, hanno già ricevuto il pacco. Cosa posso fare?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to export customs on Jan 17.

normally this means your parcel need wait another 2 to 6 weeks to reach Italy.
