salve,
la spedizione EMS EA392059776CN partita da Wuhan il 23 ottobre e consegnata al trasporto aereo il 27 ottobre sembra sparita, non ci sono piu aggiornamenti, di solito la EMS è una spedizione veloce e sono alquanto preoccupato, come posso sapere dove si trova?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA392059776CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to Italy on Oct 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Italy Postgets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Postwebsite will show its new status with Italy location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
