Salve, la spedizione con ePacket è da poco disponibile in Italia quindi si trovano poche informazioni su internet. Aspetto un pacco con codice che inizia per LX e volevo sapere se una volta sdoganato mi verrà consegnato da poste italiane con firma come un pacco raccomandata, oppure come un pacco non registrato (il postino lo lascia sulla cassetta della posta col rischio che possa essere rubato)

I'm waiting for a parcel with tracking no. starting with LX which is identified as ePacket. Since this service is new for Italy I can't find other experiences from other customers who used it already. What I want to know if this service is safe like registered air mail that requires a signature and is fully tracked from China to Italy and has delivery confirmation.
It seems that ePacket has delivery confirmation too but it's unsure if that happens when it's delivered after a signature or it's like china post ordinary small packet plus (thus no signature)
I'm concerned that if the parcel is delivered like an ordinary/untracked parcel, thus without signature, there is a highter risk for me to lose the parcel and the money if it gets stolen or lost by the postal service.

1. E Packet will be deliver to the address without a signature and Italy Post will send a message to China Post EMS that the parcel was deliver.

2. Is it safer then Register mail, technically the answer is no because register mail you have to sign for the parcel.

3. Is it safe to have an E Packet deliver to you, I would say in most cases yes. There is always dishonest people everywhere, and also you have the mailman that can make a mistake.

1. E Packet sarà consegna al recapito senza firma e l'Italia post verrà inviare un messaggio alla Posta SME della Cina che il pacco era consegnare.

2. È più sicuro quindi registrare elettronica, tecnicamente la risposta è no, perché la posta del registro si deve firmare per il pacchetto.

3. E 'sicuro di avere un pacchetto e consegnare a voi, direi nella maggior parte dei casi sì. C'è sempre persone disoneste ovunque, e anche di avere il postino che può fare un errore.

Non credo userò questo metodo di spedizione in futuro però!

I just wanted to say that I received my epacket parcel starting with LX and it actually required a signature like china post registered! Maybe the service is different for Italy and it's required a signature here, anyway good thing because it makes it safer!

volevo dire che ho dicevuto il mio ordine spedito con epacket il cui tracking iniziava per LX ed è stata richiesta la firma per la consegna, quindi come normale raccomandata. Meglio così.

so from my experience the comparision between china post registered (tracking no. starting with R) and epacket by china post (tracking no. starting with LX) is only the fact that epacket is faster. Even in the holiday season I received my parcel in 16 days (only counting work days) vs 30 days or more for china post registered.

io ho ricevuto un pacchetto con oggetto completamente diverso da quello acquistato, dei calzini al posto delle scarpe; il codice di riferimento è quello dell'ordine, ho scritto alla casa venditrice la Blow Bar diverse volte ma non rispondo. Come posso fare per contattare il corriere e spiegare l'errore ?

you might be scammed by seller. if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud asap.
