Post Where is my package?

Hi, I was wondering where my package is - tracking number is RV359415023CN. It was supposed to arrive to the Czech Republic and it looks like it was here for 7 days, but I didn't receive anything even though I'm still at the adress I wanted the package to be delivered to. Thanks for reply

it turns out that they failed to deliver and after the storage time the package was sent back to the sender.

Thank you. Do you have any idea what should I do to receive my package? They didn't even inform me it was there in the first place. Should I ask the sender?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV359415023CN shows the package has returned to the seller. I'd suggest you contact with the website from which you bought the item and open dispute for a refund
