Dear,

I have 2 tracking numbers,and want to know it's already shipped to Belgium,and when i receive this package

UW291733953CN is the first tracking number

last update on tracking is 19-12-2019

second tracking number is RP871984389CN

last update there was 8-1-2020

UW291733953CN left China Post system for Belgium on Dec 19.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP871984389CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jan 8.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Parcel from China to Belgium normally will take about 3 to 6 weeks. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
