Hello.
I've bought a phone on Gearbest, I've never had issues with them so far.

Unfortunately, I did one more purchase with "Lii 3C Store" on Gearbest, on the 12/01/2020.
The seller said the package was shipped out on the 16/01/2020 with tracking number UE945705163YP.

The tracking number is incorrect and the seller is not replying to my messages. Gearbest support has been of no help and is just asking me to wait even more everyday.

Where can I have informations about my package UE945705163YP ?
What are my options ?

UE945705163YP is fake number. You are scammed.

If you paid with PayPal, open dispute to claim refund.
