Hello,

I have a problem with a parcel and i need your advice! My tracking number is LO847895365CN

Basically, the tracking updates of my parcel has stuck on February 29th and there are no new! This is the last update:

''2020-02-29 23:26 Guangzhou, Guangzhou International Center has been exported directly sealed''

Can you help me, please? Is there a real problem with this parcel? What am i going to do? Do i have to contact the seller?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV345303509CN shows your seller just shipped the parcel from Guangzhou on Feb 29. It is still in Guangzhou airport. Everything is ok, no no need worry.

Now china has cancelled 80% airlines to USA due to coronavirus outbreak. Your parcel will have serious delay. You need wait some more time to get update(at least 10 to 20 more days).

Once parcel arrives USA, USPS.com will show its arrival info.

Thank you for the information but i'm not from USA, i'm from Greece! Will this delay have effect to other countries too such as Greece?

and RV345303509CN is not my tracking number! This is my tracking number: LO847895365CN

sorry , i wrote wrong tracking number.
shipper shipped the parcel LO847895365CN from Guangzhou on Feb 29. It is still in Guangzhou airport. Everything is ok, no no need worry.

I'm from Greece not USA!! Will this delay because of the corona virus have effect to other countries too, such as my country?

sorry. My mistake. LO847895365CN is going to Greece, not USA. Greece situation is same as USA. China Post has not enough shipping space to Greece because of airline cancellation. you need wait some more time.
