Hello,
I have a question. I am waiting for a package from China RV270388110CN since November 30 but its status hasn’t changed since December 10. The status is “2019-12-10 15:42 Shenzhen, Import Customs Release”. I have contacted the seller and his answer was: “As you know, it is the international shipment. After we shipped out the item, we can't control the shipment. But we do hope you receive your parcel on time. Please do not worry and your parcel is still in transit.”
I googled for the status “Shenzhen, Import Customs Release” in this forum and found a very similar situation as mine and the answer of the volunteer was – the package was returned to the seller. Can this be the case with my package as well? Should the seller know the situation of the package?

Your seller did not tell you the truth. RV270388110CN was rejected by airport safety check point and then returned from Shenzhen customs. You will not get this parcel in future.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, you need open dispute to seller for refund.

So I opened a dispute, gave Aliexpress all the evidence. Even the seller admitted that the parcel was returned to him and I gave them the screenshots of his messages. However, according to them, the parcel is still in transit! And that is understandable because China Post system doesn't give any other information. Even on your page the tracking system shows "On route". Then how can I prove that it was returned to the seller? Why does the tracking system show that this package is "in transit" or "on route" if it was returned to the seller?
