Hi, got a mail about my order from china 2020/01/23 at 11.00 and tracking number dont work and not recived my stuff. What Will i do?

Its almost 2 month ago now and feeling that it is a scam.

Sent now 36 emails but no answer from them a bought it from

Please help me find my stuff and when i Will get it.

In the past 8 weeks, China was in Chinese New Year holiday and then suffered coronavirus outbreak. you shipping city Wuhan is the breakout center of coronavirus. Your parcel should be still in Wuhan.

To prevent virus spread, China government locked up Wuhan on Jan 23(the same day of your parcel shipment). Wuhan highway, train transportation and airports are all closed so far.

Good news is Wuhan is releasing from isolation very soon. But 80% airlines from China to Europe are cancelled due to the bad situation in Europe. So you might need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund from seller first, after you get your parcel in future , you can pay them back.
