Hi, got a mail about my order from china 2020/01/23 at 11.00 and tracking number dont work and not recived my stuff. What Will i do?
Sent 23 emails but no answer.
Please help me find my stuff and when i Will get it.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LL969170233CN was shipped from Wuhan on Jan 23.

Wuhan is the centre of coronavirus outbreak and Jan 23 was the first day when China government quarantined the whole Wuhan city.

95% public transit method including airlines, highway, railway and buses are closed by government since Jan 23. Not sure when quarantine order will be ended. So your parcel is still in Wuhan and you might need wait some more time( at least 2 to 4 more weeks).
